After School Care Outdoor Sanitation

Let SOS-ASAP sanitize the outside common areas like drop off/pick up areas at entrance, playground areas, outdoor tables, chairs, benches, etc.

SoftWash Systems [SWS] Sanitation Program utilizes guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to develop its durable surface sanitation program. SOS-ASAP.com is a local affiliate of the SWS Sanitation Program. SOS-ASAP.com meets or exceeds the CDC standards brought forth by performing an initial cleaning that removes and lowers the instance of germs, bacteria and viruses on surfaces. SOS-ASAP.com can provide maintenance treatments of the surfaces to keep germs, bacteria and viruses from emerging and possibly spreading from contact with these surfaces.

How do we do this?

SOS-ASAP.com is trained and certified in the SWS International Network to utilize our revolutionary SoftWashing equipment to do Bulk Sanitation of durable surfaces. This is a service we have always provided when we clean a surface by SoftWashing. We are not just giving the germs, mold, bacteria and viruses a haircut, and moving them around. We are actually disinfecting that surface. This has always been our goal, and this is the business we are in…Sanitizing and Disinfection of surfaces.

SoftWashing is the low-pressure alternative to standard high pressure washing. We use water based biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime as well as sanitize the surface they are bonded to. The treatment lasts four to six times longer than pressure washing and uses one third of the water. The truck mounted Sanitation equipment has the capability to sanitize in excess of 50,000 square feet per day (4,700 square meters). The tanks on our trucks are filled with various sanitizing products of which the most used is Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach).

The CDC and WHO have both recommended a .005 solution of sodium hypochlorite and water mixed together to sanitize and disinfect surfaces from bacteria and viruses including the COVID-19 strain. In fact, that same solution is also effective against SARS, H1N1, AIDS, Bird Flu, Swine Flu and other infections that can be left, behind on surfaces. SOS-ASAP.com uses this .005 solution as well. In fact, we have the ability to increase the solutions at will through our Blend 3D Technology. Our Blend 3D Technology blends from three sources, bleach, soap and water. We can adjust the amounts of bleach and soap depending on the surfaces to insure best results.

Surfactants (soaps) are absolute key to proper sanitation. Many of these surfaces that need disinfection will have a biofilm on them. This biofilm will comprise of nutrient sources, food stains, dust and soil, as well as “germs” like bacteria and viruses. Biofilms contribute to the germs ability to survive longer on a surface. Simply spraying bleach on a surface will not sufficiently sanitize the surface. By introducing a Surfactant to our sanitation solution, we can lift and remove this biofilm thereby reducing the survival time of bacteria and viruses on surfaces. The Surfactant we use, SoftWash Systems Green Wash, is not only a surfactant but also a bleach Catalyst (Booster). Through this proprietary formula we can boost the disinfectant and cleaning qualities of sodium hypochlorite.

Items to be considered.

Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) can remove color from fabrics and some paints. Please isolate these items before our Sanitation services. After the initial (scratch clean) treatment, subsequent treatments will be needed to ensure that bacterial and viral levels, remain in this reduced state on surfaces. During an outbreak scenario or pandemic we recommend daily treatments. After the current crisis subsides, we recommend reducing to bi-weekly treatments and our normal monthly treatments outside of the cold and flu season.
