Playground Sanitation
For your children, the Playground may be one of the happiest places on Earth – but your local playground may also be a hotbed for millions of bacteria. A parent may worry far too much about unleashed dogs, bullying, or strangers relative to the hazard that Germs bring to their children.
Far too often, the equipment is cleaned infrequently...if at all. That combined with the fact that kids will not necessarily heed the parent’s warnings for hygiene, a concoction of health hazards can occur with our little loved ones. Comparing your average baby swing, rock wall, or see-saw studies have found 50X the amount of Bacteria Colony Forming Units there relative to a normal toilet seat in your home. The upshot of un-sanitized playground equipment is the fact that 31 percent of the bacteria were gram-negative rods, and those types of rods have the potential to cause illness and often resist antibiotics. By way of explanation, cholera and E. coli are prominent examples of gram-negative rods. We do by using the correct and responsible amount of bleach, soap and water. We are adjusting our setting Right Here depending on the job. Our professional soaps are biodegradable and can be safely combined with bleach and other ingredients like potassium hydroxide....to ultimately achieve excellent and safe results to the Property and/or Equipment we are cleaning. Once our Surface is clean we use our Final Wash soap ... as this allows the surface to have an extra layer of Sanitation. This allows the surface from growing ANY kind of micronutrients. By preventing these micronutrients, we are able to stunt the re-growth of bacteria.
